Growth Cape

Materials: tan and navy fabric, embroidery thread, and sewing thread

For my final project of the first semester, I created an original cape design, entirely hand-sewn on a half-scale mannequin. Inspired by the theme “Growth”, I explored various textures to bring this concept to life. After experimenting with paper and fabric, I developed a design that challenged me creatively and technically.
